Katja Krater has been a Managing Partner in her own company since 2015. The focus of her 30 years of consulting work is the individual, strategic support of top executives in the corporate context, advice on professional reorientation as well as the design and implementation of leadership development programmes, management audits and individual position and potential analyses.
Katja Krater brings a broad spectrum of professional experience to her work. After studying psychology in Germany and Australia, she worked as Principal and Senior Manager at the global management consultancy PA Consulting Group and as Head of Global Human Resource Solutions / Germany at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
As a consultant, lecturer (14 years part-time) and author of various professional articles, she has focussed on the topics of leadership development, personal development of top executives and change management since 1995. Katja Krater has a broad industry background: from Financial Services, Engineering, Pharma, Healthcare, Energy and SME to the non-profit sector.
Her professional profile as an Executive Coach is rounded off by additional training in Clinical Psychology and personality development, including with Baldur Kirchner. Her Coaching topics are: Leadership role and her own understanding of leadership, Communication and Interaction Skills (with employees, colleagues, superiors and customers), Conflict Management and Career Coaching.
